The political and economic initiative included 12 countries of Central and Eastern Europe (Poland, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Austria, Bulgaria, Romania and Slovenia).

This community of states was established to strengthen the role of the parties of Central and Eastern Europe with the aim to activate and develop states and regions. The Three Seas Organization is built on three platforms: state, parliament and public. On the basis of this program, we created the Foundation "International Mission of Public Diplomacy of the Group of States of Central and South-Eastern Europe Three Seas". Which works as an Non-Governmental Organization.

The aim of the Mission was to create an organization that connects people from various active states that share a common service for Europe in order to achieve positive progress in the development of Europe for future generations. Therefore, in the Statute of the Mission there is a harmonious political, moral and economic interest for the development of Europe.

The task of the Mission is to bring the nations of Europe closer together for normal good neighborly functioning as well as mutual assistance, taking into account all the interests of the member states, to strengthen national ties and further to support directly the present governments within the aim of the statute.

Since the Mission was launched a lot of circumstances have changed and the world is getting a place that will be more and more difficult to understand. The foundation extended the goals in accordance with the occurrence of the present time.

An humanitarian aid organization was added in 2022 to the Foundation in order to help within the member Countries or an related problem to them. At this time the board decided to extend it activities in accordance with the extended aim and therefore started to be an international service.

The Foundation is also working on establishing offices in the Middle East in order to improve the ties and connections between that region and the member countries. It is also a goal to establish conversations with countries where currently no present political discussion takes place in order promote peace and create a successful future.

The advantage of all members is the network between the present political responsible economic power and the sharing of information in a secure way in order to improve the influence of the involved groups.
